Privacy Policy

What we collect

We only collect information you type into an enquiry form yourself. We do not require an account, and we do not buy or import contact lists.

• Your name and mobile number — required, so we can respond to your enquiry.
• Your email address — optional.
• The car you enquired about and any message you write.
• The page you submitted the form from, so we know which vehicle prompted the enquiry.
• Your city and pincode, if you enter them in the location selector.
• Your IP address — used only to limit automated form abuse and to run the anti-bot check below. It is kept for a few minutes and is not stored alongside your enquiry record.

Why we collect it

Solely to respond to your enquiry about buying or selling a vehicle — by phone, WhatsApp, or email — and to keep a record of that conversation so our team does not contact you twice about the same thing.

We do not use your details for automated advertising, and we do not sell, rent, or share them with third-party marketers.

Consent

We store your details only after you tick the consent box on the form. That tick, and the time you gave it, is recorded alongside your enquiry. Submitting a form without consenting does not store anything.

Where your data is stored

Enquiries are stored in a Supabase (PostgreSQL) database hosted in the Mumbai (ap-south-1) region. Access is restricted to the showroom's own staff accounts and enforced at the database level — enquiry records are never readable from the public website.

The website itself is served as static files by Cloudflare. Browsing pages on this site does not query our database and does not create a record of your visit beyond Cloudflare's standard, aggregated traffic statistics.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as we may reasonably need them for follow-up and after-sales support. You can ask us to delete yours sooner at any time.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Your browser's local storage is used only to remember your selected city and to avoid showing you the same pop-up twice, and that information stays on your device. The anti-bot check on our enquiry forms (see Third parties) runs its own brief, one-time check when you submit a form; we have not enabled its optional cookie-based version.

Third parties

• Cloudflare — hosts the website and its images.
• Supabase — stores enquiry records.
• Google Maps — the embedded showroom map is served by Google, which applies its own privacy policy.
• Cloudflare Turnstile — verifies you are a person, not a bot, when you submit an enquiry form. It runs a brief automated check in your browser. We have not enabled its optional cookie-based version. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for details.
• WhatsApp — used only if you choose to start a WhatsApp conversation with us.

Your rights
